摘要
双圆盘浇铸机自使用以来频繁出现动态浇铸起点负值异常浇铸、齿形带异常等问题,严重影响该系统浇铸的阳极板合格率。基于浇铸包动态失重数值以及浇铸包驱动运行速度曲线的分析,通过机构运行数据(浇铸速度、浇铸等待时间、机构平衡间隙值)的调整,恢复浇铸起点零点值,保障了浇铸精度以及正常运行,并提出在问题出现过程中的临时处理方法,以期为同行业人员提供参考。
Since its use,the dual disc casting machine has frequently encountered problems such as abnormal negative values of dynamic casting starting points and abnormal tooth shaped belts,which seriously affect the qualification rate of the anode plate cast in the system.Based on the analysis of the dynamic weight loss value of the casting ladle and the driving speed curve of the casting ladle,the zero point value of the casting starting point was restored by adjusting the mechanism operation data(casting speed,casting waiting time,and mechanism balance clearance value),ensuring the casting accuracy and normal operation.Temporary handling methods were proposed during the problem occurrence process,in order to provide reference for personnel in the same industry.
