The most common defects in the neutral lining of large induction furnaces are described,including overall enlargement in the middle(commonly known as"big belly shape"),local enlargement in the middle,peeling,and cracking.The reasons for the defects are analyzed.By understanding the causes of defects in the furnace lining and avoiding them in a timely manner during the production process,it can effectively prevent rapid deterioration of the furnace lining.It also provides a certain reference for the use of neutral lining in large induction furnaces.
