Analysis of High Pressure Differential Fault Handling in the Dust Removal System of a Shot Blasting Machine

抛丸机设备在运转过程中,除尘系统应用的可靠性非常重要,在有效的废气和粉尘处理条件下,提高设备机组运转效率和环保效果意义重大,但受到抛丸机系统压差高问题的影响,在一定程度上制约了抛丸机生产价值的发挥,鉴于此,以某企业的抛丸机工程应用为例,对抛丸机的除尘系统进行概述,分析除尘系统的组成与运转,同时针对运行中存在的问题提出对应的处理措施,以期可以提高抛丸机的生产绿色性,使企业实现健康发展。

During the operation of shot blasting machine equipment,the reliability of the dust removal system is very important.Under effective waste gas and dust treatment conditions,improving the operating efficiency and environmental protection effect of the equipment unit is of great significance.However,due to the high pressure difference in the shot blasting machine system,the production value of the shot blasting machine is to some extent restricted.Therefore,taking the engineering application of a certain enterprise's shot blasting machine as an example,this paper provides an overview of the dust removal system of the shot blasting machine,analyzes the composition and operation of the dust removal system,and proposes corresponding treatment measures for the problems existing in operation,in order to improve the green production of the shot blasting machine and achieve healthy development of the enterprise.
