红蓝光治疗仪照射在急性胆囊炎腹腔镜手术患者术后应用分析

Analysis of the Application of Red and Blue Light Therapy Instrument Irradiation in Postoperative Patients with Acute Cholecystitis Undergoing Laparoscopic Surgery

目的:研究红蓝光治疗仪照射在急性胆囊炎腹腔镜手术患者术后应用效果。方法:选取本院急性胆囊炎腹腔镜手术患者70例作为研究对象,随机平均分组,对照组采用常规术后抗感染治疗,观察组采用红蓝光治疗仪照射治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果:术后第1天、第2天、第3天,观察组患者伤口疼痛明显减轻;治疗后,观察组患者肠鸣音恢复时间、下床活动时间、伤口愈合时间、住院时间均较短;术后1d、3d、7d,观察组机体应激指标均得到明显改善;术后1d、3d,观察组NK细胞数、IgA、IgM、IgG改善显著(P<0.05)。结论:急性胆囊炎腹腔镜手术患者在红蓝光治疗仪照射下,可有效减轻伤口疼痛,加速患者恢复,改善机体应激指标、免疫功能指标。

Objective:To study the application effect of red and blue light therapy instrument irradiation on postoperative patients with acute cholecystitis undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods:Our hospital selected 70 patients with acute cholecystitis undergoing laparoscopic surgery as the research subjects and randomly divided them into two groups.The control group received routine postoperative anti infection treatment,while the observation group received red and blue light therapy.The treatment effects of the two groups were observed.Result:On the 1st,2nd,and 3rd day after surgery,the wound pain in the observation group was significantly reduced;After treatment,the observation group had shorter recovery time for bowel sounds,time for getting out of bed activities,wound healing time,and hospitalization time;On the 1st,3rd,and 7th day after surgery,the stress indicators of the observation group were significantly improved;On the 1st and 3rd day after surgery,there was a significant improvement in the number of NK cells,IgA,IgM,and IgG in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery for acute cholecystitis can effectively alleviate wound pain,accelerate patient recovery,and improve stress and immune function indicators in patients under the irradiation of a red and blue light therapy instrument.
