AI超声系统提高低年资医师甲状腺结节良恶性诊断的临床价值

摘要 目的:探讨AI超声系统在低年资医师甲状腺结节良恶性诊断中的临床价值。方法:在本院2019年9月~2021年9月收治的甲状腺结节患者中选取80例,以本院两名低年资医师对甲状腺结节的良恶性进行诊断,然后再结合AI超声系统分别对比单独诊断、联合诊断的诊断结果,最后与病理学结果对比,分析每种诊断方式的诊断效能。结果:病理结果显示良性51例(63.75%),恶性29例(36.25%);低年资医师共同单独诊断为良性的54例,恶性26例;联合AI超声系统诊断为良性51例,恶性29例;联合AI超声系统诊断的敏感度、特异度及准确度均高于低年资医师共同单独诊断(P<0.05);良恶性甲状腺结节的超声表现特征存在差异。结论:采用AI超声系统帮助低年资医师对甲状腺结节良恶性进行诊断能够发挥更高的灵敏度、特异度,有助于提高临床对甲状腺结节良恶性的诊断准确率。 Objective:To explore the clinical value of AI ultrasound system in the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules by junior doctors.Methods:80 patients with thyroid nodules treated in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2021 were selected.Two junior doctors in our hospital diagnosed the benign and malignant of thyroid nodules,and then combined with AI ultrasound system to compare the diagnostic results of separate diagnosis and combined diagnosis respectively.Finally,compared with the pathological results,the diagnostic efficiency of each diagnostic method was analyzed.Results:The pathological results showed that 51 cases(63.75%)were benign and 29 cases(36.25%)were malignant;54 cases were diagnosed as benign and 26 cases as malignant by junior doctors;Combined with AI ultrasound system,51 cases were benign and 29 cases were malignant;The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of combined AI ultrasound system were higher than those of junior doctors(P<0.05);The ultrasonographic features of benign and malignant thyroid nodules are different.Conclusion:Using AI ultrasound system to help junior doctors diagnose benign and malignant thyroid nodules can play a higher sensitivity and specificity,and help to improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules.
