Analysis of the Advantages of GE LightSpeedV CTA Head Vascular CTA in the Diagnosis of Early Cerebrovascular Disease

目的:评价GE LightSpeedV CT头部血管CTA在早期脑血管病诊断中的优势。方法:病例研究资料选取于2022年1月~2023年1月,研究对象为在本院就诊的早期脑血管疾病患者128例,入院后均接受头部血管CTA检查,以头部数字减影血管造影(DSA)诊断结果为金标准,分析评价其诊断效果以及临床诊断优势。结果:脑血管疾病患者经头部血管CTA检查后有25例为血管畸形,41例为动脉瘤,59例均为动脉血管狭窄,其诊断结果与头部DSA的诊断结果相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);头部血管CTA的诊断优势:128例患者的血管造影均能清晰地显示椎动脉、颅内动脉及主要分支,对于病变的大小、范围和形态等均能明确显像,其诊断结果完全符合临床检查要求,而且诊断准确率高,对患者检查无创伤,完全满足患者的需求。结论:针对早期脑血管疾病的诊断选择GE LightSpeedV CT头部血管CTA检查具有较高的诊断优势,其检查准确性高,对患者无创伤,能快速、安全的完成相关扫描检查。

Objective:To evaluate the advantage of GE LightSpeedV CT head vascular CTA in the early diagnosis of cerebrovascular disease.Methods:Case study data were selected from January 2022 to January 2023.The investigation targets were all patients with early cerebrovascular disease in our hospital,and a total of 128 cases were statistically targeted.After admission,all patients received head vascular CTA examination.Results:After CTA examination,25 cases were vascular malformation,41 cases were aneurysm,and 59 cases were arterial stenosis.There was no statistical difference between the diagnosis results and the diagnosis results of head DSA(P>0.05).Diagnostic advantages of cerebral vascular CTA:Angiography of 128 patients can clearly display vertebral artery,intracranial artery and main branches,and can clearly display the size,scope and shape of the lesions.The diagnostic results fully meet the requirements of clinical examination,and the diagnostic accuracy is high,and the examination of patients is non-traumatic,and fully meet the needs of patients.Conclusion:For the diagnosis of early cerebrovascular diseases,GE LightSpeedV CT head vascular CTA examination has a high diagnostic advantage,its high accuracy,no trauma to patients,can quickly and safely complete the relevant scanning examination.
