分析心脏超声斑点追踪在非ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者诊断中的应用及临床价值

摘要 目的:探讨心脏超声斑点追踪在非ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者诊断中的应用及临床价值。方法:选择2020年1月~2021年12月本院收治的95例非ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者为观察组,另选同期于本院体检的健康者95例为对照组。观察研究对象的心脏功能指标和冠状动脉狭窄程度与累及数目等。结果:两组常规指标检查比较,P>0.05。观察组心脏超声斑点追踪指标低于对照组,P<0.05。观察组冠状动脉狭窄程度和冠状动脉累及数目高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:非ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者以心脏超声斑点追踪技术诊断的价值高,可准确了解患者的心肌纵向应变能力与左心室射血功能,评估患者的冠状动脉狭窄程度以及病情累及的冠状动脉数目,对患者的病情治疗有着良好指导作用。 Objective:To explore the application and clinical value of echocardiographic speckle tracking in the diagnosis of non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction patients.Methods:From January 2020 to December 2021,95 patients with non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction who were treated in our hospital were included as the observation group,and 95 healthy people who received physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The cardiac function indexes,the degree of coronary stenosis and the number of involved coronary artery were observed.Results:Comparison of routine indexes between the two groups,P>0.05.The cardiac ultrasound speckle tracking index in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.The degree of coronary stenosis and the number of involved coronary arteries in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:In patients with non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction,cardiac ultrasound speckle tracking technology has high diagnostic value.It can accurately understand the patient’s myocardial longitudinal strain capacity and left ventricular ejection function,and evaluate the degree of coronary stenosis and the coronary artery involved in the disease.The number of arteries has a good guiding role in the treatment of the patient’s condition.
