数字大平板X射线机DR摄影在胃小溃疡诊断中的临床应用

Clinical Application of Digital Large Flat-Panel X-Ray Machine DR Photography in the Diagnosis of Small Gastric Ulcer

目的:探究数字大平板X射线机DR数字摄影(digital radiography,DR)在胃小溃疡诊断中的临床应用效果。方法:选取2020年9月~2021年11月本院收治的胃小溃疡患者79例作为研究对象,患者均行数字大平板X射线DR摄影和数字透视成像(digital fluoroscopy radiography,DFR)。观察比较两种检查方式的龛影口部直径检出情况及病灶检出情况,分析DFR摄影和DR摄影两种检查方式对胃小溃疡的诊断效能。结果:DR摄影检出龛影口部直径小于5mm、6~8mm、9~10mm的数量显著多于DFR摄影,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),DFR摄影诊断良、恶性的结果与病理性结果一致的分别为11个、42个;DR摄影诊断良、恶性的结果与病理性结果一致的分别为19个、81个,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);DR摄影的灵敏度(88.89%)、特异度(85.71%)、AUC(0.862)显著优于DFR摄影的灵敏度(66.67%)、特异度(62.50%)、AUC(0.775),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:数字大平板X射线机DR摄影可提高胃小溃疡病灶的检查率,为胃小溃疡的诊断提供可靠的依据。

Objective:To explore the clinical application effect of digital large flat-panel X-ray machine DR(digital radiography,DR)in the diagnosis of small gastric ulcer.Methods:A total of 79 patients with small gastric ulcer who were admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the research subjects.All patients underwent digital large flat panel X-ray DR photography and digital fluoroscopy radiography(DFR).To observe and compare the detection of niche diameter and lesion detection of the two examination methods,and to analyze the diagnostic efficacy of DFR photography and DR photography on small gastric ulcers.Results:The number of niche shadow mouth diameters less than 5mm,6-8mm,9-10mm detected by DR photography was significantly more than that detected by DFR photography,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of DR imaging were consistent with 11 and 42 cases respectively;The results of benign and malignant diagnosis of DR imaging were consistent with the pathological results in 19 cases and 81 cases respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The sensitivity of DR imaging(P<0.05)88.89%,specificity(85.71%),and AUC(0.862)were significantly better than the sensitivity(66.67%),specificity(62.50%),and AUC(0.775)of DFR photography,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:DR imaging with digital large flat-panel X-ray machine can improve the detection rate of small gastric ulcer lesions and provide a reliable basis for the diagnosis of small gastric ulcer.
