数字化管理模式对医院消毒供应中心复用医疗器械的应用效果研究

Research on the Application Effect of Digital Management Mode on Reusing Medical Devices in Hospital Disinfection Supply Centers

目的:探讨和研究数字化管理模式对医院消毒供应中心复用医疗器械的应用效果。方法:选取2022年3月~2023年3月医院消毒供应中心集中处理复用医疗器械进行研究,并且选取294例使用医疗器械进行治疗的患者作为研究对象,147例接受常规管理方法的患者设为对照组,147例接受数字化管理模式的患者设为观察组。评价并比较两组不同管理方法的灭菌合格情况、风险事件发生情况、工作满意度情况。结果:观察组的各项灭菌合格率情况均比对照组各项合格率高(P<0.05)。观察组患者的风险事件发生率比对照组风险事件发生率低(P<0.05)。观察组工作满意各项评分数据比对照组满意度分数高(P<0.05)。结论:数字化管理模式在医院消毒供应中心复用医疗器械的应用效果显著,经过数字化管理模式管理后灭菌合格情况、风险事件发生情况、工作满意度情况等均有不同程度的提高和改善。

Objective:Explore and study the application effect of digital management mode on the reuse of medical devices in hospital disinfection supply centers.Methods:A study was conducted on the centralized treatment and reuse of medical devices by the hospital disinfection supply center from March 2022 to March 2023.294 patients treated with medical devices were selected as the study subjects,with a group of 147 patients receiving conventional management methods as the control group and a group of 147 patients receiving digital management mode as the observation group.Evaluate and compare the sterilization qualification,risk event occurrence,and job satisfaction of two groups with different management methods.Results:The study found that the results showed that the sterilization qualification rates of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of risk events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The job satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The application effect of digital management mode in reusing medical devices in hospital disinfection supply centers is significant.After digital management mode management,the sterilization qualification,risk event occurrence,and job satisfaction have been improved to varying degrees.
