核电磁脉冲滤波器防护性能测试研究

摘要 为验证核电磁脉冲滤波器对电源线传导干扰的防护性能,采用脉冲电流注入法(PulsedCurrentInjection,PCI),从测试原理、环境布置、过程和结果分析等方面对研制的220 V/16 A核电磁脉冲滤波器样机电磁脉冲防护能力进行验证,当注入电压为10 k V和30 kV时,残余电流约为8 A和20 A,随着注入电压的增大,其电流抑制比也增大。测试结果表明,脉冲电流注入测试法可操作性强,其试验所用滤波器具有良好的电磁脉冲防护性能,为后期工程实际改进提供方向。 In order to verify the protection performance of nuclear electromagnetic pulse filters against conducted interference on power lines,the pulsed current injection(PCI) method was used to verify the electromagnetic pulse protection ability of the developed 220 V/16 A nuclear electromagnetic pulse filter sample from the aspects of testing principle,environmental arrangement,process,and result analysis.When the injection voltage is 10 kV and 30 kV,the residual current is about 8 A and 20 A,with the increase of injection voltage.The current suppression ratio also increases.The test results show that the pulse current injection test method has strong maneuverability,and the filter used in the test has good electromagnetic pulse protection performance,which provides a direction for later engineering improvement.
