摘要
基于SWMM模型建立福建省典型500 kV变电站的雨水仿真模型,通过对70%常遇降雨事件的模拟,对比变电站海绵措施改造前后的总峰值削减率和总径流控制率变化情况,结果表明海绵改造后的洪峰削减率达92%,总径流控制率达90%;并采用对重现期一年到三年一遇的设计暴雨对模型进行校验,结果表明海绵措施的总径流控制率不低于60%。证明典型变电站通过合理海绵措施布置,可以达到明显的雨水蓄滞减排作用。
The rainfall-runoff simulation that based on the SWMM model was established for the typical 500 kV substation of Fujian province.Compare the differences between whether LID measures were constructed in substation or not under the 70%frequent rainfall.It shows that the flood peak reduction rate reached 92%and the total runoff control rate reached 90%with the LID measures were constructed.The design rainstorms were used to verify the rainfall-runoff simulation model,and the results show that the total runoff control rate with the LID measures were constructed is over 60%.It is proved that the typical substation can achieve the obvious effect of rain water storage lag and emission reduction through reasonable layout of sea measures.
