铝合金T型HV焊缝焊接工艺研究

摘要 针对铝合金T型HV焊缝易出现未熔合、未焊透、过度渗透等焊接缺陷,该文通过对T型HV焊缝坡口内的电弧行为分析可知,最小电压原理与电弧稳定燃烧特性共同作用的结果使得电弧沿T型HV焊缝直边坡口侧攀升,导致焊缝根部或焊道与直边坡口侧壁之间产生未熔合、夹渣等焊接缺陷;焊枪角度和坡口形状是2个重要的外界诱导因素。批次生产表明,优化坡口设计结构和熟练的焊工操作技能极大减少了焊接缺陷的产生,保证产品质量。 In view of the welding defects such as non-fusion,non-penetration and over-penetration of T-type HV weld of aluminum alloy,through the analysis of arc behavior in T-type HV weld groove,it is known that the joint action of minimum voltage principle and arc stable combustion characteristics makes the arc climb along the straight slope of T-type HV weld,resulting in welding defects such as non-fusion and slag inclusion between weld root or weld bead and straight groove side wall.Welding torch angle and groove shape are two important external inducing factors.Batch production shows that the optimization of groove design structure and skilled welder operation skills greatly reduce the occurrence of welding defects and ensure product quality.
