With the development of the aviation industry,the hotel equipped with crew has become one of the competitive advantages of airline cost optimization,and the interior design of crew room is very important to improve the accommodation experience of crew.From the point of view of capital construction design managers,this paper mainly analyzes the common problems in the process of unit hotel construction,discusses the design and project management problems existing in the process,and puts forward the corresponding improvement scheme.The purpose of this paper is to provide effective support for the design and management of the crew hotel,so as to improve the design quality of the hotel and ensure the good experience of the aircrew.
