无人机倾斜摄影测量技术在农村地籍测绘中的应用探讨 被引量:3

摘要 针对传统地籍测绘外业工作强度大、周期长、成本高的问题,该文提出采用无人机搭载倾斜5镜头进行影像数据采集,采用瞰景Smart3D软件进行空三加密解算及像控点转刺平差,利用Context Capture CenterD软件生产三维模型,并基于三维模型进行地籍测绘的作业方案。以实际生产项目为例,利用外业采集的特征检查点和丈量的界址线长度,对本次生产的地籍图成果精度进行检测。结果表明,基于倾斜摄影测量技术生产的地籍成果,其界址点精度和边长精度均符合地籍测绘精度二级要求,可以为农村地籍测绘带来借鉴。 Aiming at the problems of high intensity,long period and high cost in the field work of traditional cadastral surveying and mapping,this paper proposes to use UAV with tilt 5 lenses to collect image data,use aerial view Smart3D software to solve the three-dimensional encryption and image control points to thorn adjustment,use Context Capture CenterD software to produce three-dimensional model,and carry out cadastral surveying and mapping based on three-dimensional model.Taking the actual production project as an example,the accuracy of the cadastral map is tested by using the characteristic checkpoints collected by the field and the length of the measured boundary line.The results show that the accuracy of boundary point and side length of the cadastral achievements based on tilt photogrammetry technology meet the second-class requirements of cadastral surveying and mapping accuracy,which can be used as a reference for rural cadastral surveying and mapping.
