新时代乡村实现共同富裕的困境与对策研究

当前,我国已经顺利完成全面建成小康社会的战略目标,这为实现全体人民共同富裕的最终目标奠定坚实基础。如今,我国正处在推动实现全体人民共同富裕的新阶段,要谱写好社会主义现代化建设的新篇章,乡村的发展水平和共同富裕问题成为关键。然而,推动乡村实现共同富裕仍面临许多难题,突出表现为乡村现代化水平低,增收问题突出;区域发展差距大,资源配置不平衡;文化事业发展不足,难以满足精神生活需求。要破解这些难题,就要加快乡村现代化建设,增加农民收入;深化资源合理配置,促进城乡融合发展;推动乡村精神文明建设,丰富群众精神文化生活。

Currently,China has successfully completed the strategic goal of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way,which has laid a solid foundation for realizing the ultimate goal of common prosperity for all the people.Today,we are in a new stage of promoting the common prosperity of all the people.In order to write a new chapter in the socialist modernization drive,the level of rural development and common prosperity become the key.However,there are still many problems in promoting rural common prosperity,such as the low level of rural modernization,the outstanding problem of increasing income,the large gap in regional development,the uneven allocation of resources,the insufficient development of cultural undertakings,and the difficultyin meeting the needs of spiritual life.To solve these problems,it is necessary to speed up rural modernization,increase farmers'income,deepen the rational allocation of resources,promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas,promote the construction of rural spiritual civilization,and enrich the spiritual and cultural life of the masses.
