摘要
近年来,山西省落实乡村振兴战略,培育新型职业农民,加强“三农”人才队伍建设,优化涉农职业教育体系,深化校企合作和产教融合,强化新型职业农民等“三农”培训,加强农业技术推广,聚焦帮扶共建,取得大量成绩。但是目前还存在教育产出滞后,部分学校办学条件差,专业设置与产业发展契合度不高,校企合作还有待进一步加强,学校普遍社会认同度和吸引力不高,生源质量差及信息化建设观念落后等问题。针对以上问题,该文提出持续加大教育投入,严格资金绩效管理,加强涉农学校和专业建设,推进高水平校企合作,提升教育教学质量,提高学校吸引力,加强学校信息化建设,全面深入推进定点帮扶工作等建议。意在促进中职学校立足自身特色和属性,借助区位优势,突破固有思维格局的限制,助力乡村振兴战略实施。
In recent years,in implementing the strategy of rural revitalization,Shanxi Province has trained new professional farmers,strengthened the training of talents supposed to servethe"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"policy,optimized the vocational education system related to"agriculture,rural areas and farmers",deepened the cooperation between schools and enterprises and the integration of industry and education,and strengthened the training of new professional farmers.We have made a lot of achievements by strengthening the popularization of agricultural technology and focusing on mutual help and cooperative construction.However,there are still problems,such as lag of educational output,poor conditions for some schools,low agreement between specialty setting and industrial development,weak cooperation between schools and enterprises,inadequate social identity and attractiveness of schools,poorresults of students,and the backward concept of information.Thus,this paper proposes to continuously increase investment in education,check the performance of funds,strengthen the construction of agriculture-related schools and specialties,promote high-level cooperation between schools and enterprises,improve the quality of education and teaching,improve the attractiveness of schools,strengthen the construction of school information,and promote the work of fixed-point assistance,so as to promote secondary vocational schools based on their own characteristics and attributes and,with the help of geographical advantages,break through the limitations of the inherent patterns of thinking tofacilitate rural revitalization.
