摘要
针对小回沟煤业2204运输巷掘进过构造带围岩变形破坏严重的问题,分析了巷道围岩的破坏原因,提出了“底板注浆锚索+巷帮分次注浆+巷帮预应力锚索”的联合支护方案。现场应用结果表明:巷道掘进通过背斜轴部后,围岩变形在30 d后趋于稳定,其顶底板最大移进量为140 mm,两帮最大移进量为160mm,整体变形量较小,加固方案能够及时有效地控制围岩变形,满足矿井安全高效生产需求。
In view of the serious deformation and damage of surrounding rock during the 2204 transportation roadway excavation passes through the structural zone in Xiaohuigou Coal Industry,the reasons for the damage of the roadway surrounding rock are analyzed,and a joint support scheme of"bottom plate grouting anchor cable+roadway side grouting in stages+roadway side prestressed anchor cable"is proposed.The on-site application results show that after the roadway excavation passes through the anticline axis,the deformation of the surrounding rock tends to stabilize after 30 days.The maximum movement amount of the top and bottom plates is 140 mm,and the maximum movement amount of the two sides is 160 mm.The overall deformation is relatively small.The reinforcement scheme can timely and effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock,meeting the needs of safe and efficient production in the mine.
