摘要 为解决西沟煤业3#煤层高强度综采工作面巷道过度变形问题,以3703综采工作面为例,通过数值模拟研究表明高强度综采面具有超前支承压力影响范围大、峰值高、巷道矿压显现强烈的特点,设计3703辅运顺槽补强支护方案,模拟表明补强支护后顶板、两帮变形量较原支护分别减小42.8%、39.6%,现场应用阶段巷道稳定性良好,保障了高强度综采面的安全高效生产。 In order to solve the problem of excessive deformation of the roadway in the 3#coal seam high strength fully mechanized mining face of Xigou Coal Industry,taking the 3703 fully mechanized mining face as an example,numerical simulation research shows that the high strength fully mechanized mining face has the characteristics of large influence range of advanced support pressure,high peak value,and strong mine pressure manifestation in the roadway.A 3703 auxiliary transportation channel reinforcement support scheme is designed,and the simulation shows that the deformation amount of the roof and two sides after reinforcement support is reduced by 42.8%and 39.6%compared to the original support,respectively,during the on-site application stage,the stability of the roadway is good,ensuring the safe and efficient production of the high strength fully mechanized mining face.
