郭家河煤矿区段煤柱合理宽度的确定与围岩控制研究

摘要 针对郭家河煤矿2308工作面邻旧采空区区段煤柱宽度设计问题,结合弹塑性极限平衡耦合弹性核理论计算得出合适煤柱宽度为32.5~48.5 m,通过FLAC^(3D)数值模拟软件得出具体煤柱尺寸为40 m。经监测,巷道顶底板、左帮、右帮最大位移量分别达到78 mm、65 mm、103 mm、92 mm,围岩变形得到了有效控制,并在一定程度上验证了40 m宽度煤柱的合理性。 In view of the design problem of coal pillar width in the old goaf section of the 2308 working face in Guojiahe Coal Mine,combined with the elastic-plastic limit equilibrium coupled elastic core theory,the appropriate coal pillar width is calculated to be 32.5-48.5 m.The specific coal pillar size is determined to be 40 m through FLAC~(3D) numerical simulation software.After monitoring,the maximum displacement amount of the roof and floor,left side,and right side of the roadway reached 78 mm,65 mm,103 mm,and 92 mm,respectively.The deformation of the surrounding rock is effectively controlled,and the rationality of the 40 m wide coal pillar is verified to some extent.
