摘要
工作面停采位置的合理确定,能够保障煤柱及附近巷道的安全稳定,提高煤炭资源的回收率。以鄂托克前旗长城三号矿工作面缩面设计停采线位置与不规则煤柱为研究对象,利用FLAC^(3D)数值模拟开展应力演化及影响分析。结果表明:工作面停采煤柱内应力集中程度先增大后减小,在煤柱宽度20 m应力集中程度最大,基于工作面开采安全与提高煤炭回采率两方面,建议停采煤柱合理宽度为40 m。
The reasonable determination of the stop mining position of the working face can ensure the safety and stability of the coal pillar and nearby roadways,and improve the recovery rate of coal resources.Taking the designed stop mining line position and irregular coal pillars of the working face of Changcheng No.3 Coal Mine in Otog Front Banner as the research object,the stress evolution and influence analysis are carried out by using FLAC3D numerical simulation.The results indicate that the degree of stress concentration inside the coal pillar at the stop mining working face first increases and then decreases,with the maximum stress concentration at a width of 20 m.Based on two aspects of mining safety and improving coal recovery rate in the working face,it is recommended to have a reasonable width of 40 m for the stop mining coal pillar.
