破碎松软煤层高螺旋复合排渣定向钻进技术 被引量:1

摘要 为了改善破碎松软煤层钻孔排渣效果较差的问题,设计煤层高螺旋复合排渣定向钻进技术。分析钻渣在不同煤层工况下的运移特性,结合破碎松软煤层特点,合理定向钻杆与定向钻机等关键设备的选型,设计高螺旋复合排渣定向钻进方案。实验结果表明,在破碎松软煤层中应用此钻进方案,返渣量在200 kg/m以上,排渣效果较好。 In order to improve the poor drilling holes slag discharge effect in broken soft coal seams,a high spiral composite slag discharge directional drilling technology is designed for coal seams.Analyze the transport characteristics of drilling slag under different coal seams working conditions,combined with the characteristics of broken soft coal seams,reasonably select key equipments such as directional drill rods and directional drills,and design a high spiral composite slag discharge directional drilling scheme.The experimental results show that the application of this drilling scheme in broken soft coal seams results in a slag return amount of over 200 kg/m and good slag discharge effect.
