摘要
针对大断面立井井筒施工难度大、效率低、井筒支护困难等技术难题,古城煤矿通过技术研究,对回风立井提出了长段掘砌平行作业施工、整体金属模板分层式砌筑工艺。采用长段掘砌施工工艺后,实现了掘进与井筒砌筑平行作业,提高了立井施工效率;采用分层式砌筑工艺后,简化了砌筑工序,取得了显著应用成效。
Aiming at technical difficulties such as high difficulty,low efficiency,and difficulty in shaft support during the construction of large cross section vertical shafts,Gucheng Coal Mine proposed a long section excavation and masonry parallel operation construction,as well as an overall metal template layered type masonry process for the return air vertical shaft through technical research.After adopting the long section excavation and masonry construction process,parallel operations between excavation and shaft masonry are achieved,improving the efficiency of vertical shaft construction;After adopting the layered type masonry process,the masonry process is simplified and significant application results are achieved.
