摘要
针对石槽村煤矿220602回风顺槽合理支护方案选取问题,采用理论分析与数值模拟等方法,建立FLAC3D模型对三种不同支护参数的方案进行模拟。分别分析巷道顶板和两帮的围岩受力变形特征及规律,并从经济与技术角度对多个方案进行对比,最终确定第1组优化方案即增大原顶板支护间排距,加长帮部锚杆,缩小间排距可在确保煤巷支护安全的前提下,减少12.6%的支护材料。
Aiming at the selection of reasonable support schemes for the 220602 return air channel in Shicaocun Coal Mine,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation methods are used to establish a FLAC3D model to simulate three different support parameters.The stress deformation characteristics and laws of the roadway roof and surrounding rock on both sides are analyzed,and multiple schemes are compared from economic and technical viewpoint.Finally,the first group of optimization schemes is determined,which is to increase the spacing between the original roof support rows,extending the side anchor rod and reducing the spacing between rows can reduce the support material by 12.6% while ensuring the safety of coal roadway support.
