摘要 为解决山西高河能源有限公司E1306工作面在综采作业过程中粉尘浓度过大、影响井下综采作业安全的现状,提出了一种新的综采面新型降尘技术,以采煤机喷雾降尘、架间负压喷雾降尘为基础,综合运用架间导矸降尘装置、自动化捕尘网高效捕尘装置、全封闭捕尘装置等实现了将井下综采面的粉尘浓度降低68.9%。 In order to solve the present situation that the dust concentration in the E1306 working face of Shanxi Gaohe Energy Co.,Ltd.is too high in the process of fully mechanized mining operation and affects the safety of downhole fully mechanized mining operation,a new type dust reduction technology for fully mechanized mining face is proposed,which is based on the coal cutter spray dust reduction and the inter rack negative pressure spray dust reduction,and comprehensively uses the inter rack gangue guide dust reduction device,the automatic dust catching network efficient dust collection device,the fully enclosed dust collection device and other devices achieved a 68.9%reduction in dust concentration in the downhole fully mechanized mining face.
