摘要 长城五号煤矿1303S工作面切眼采用EBZ260W纵轴式型掘进机进行下行掘进截割作业时,后退采用JH回柱绞车作为掘进机后退的辅助牵引设备为其提供动力源,安全问题频发。针对该问题设计“液压单体+推移液压缸+连环辅助牵引装置”,平均进尺效率达到4.37 m/d,掘进过程无一起轻伤及以上安全事故发生,具有较好的经济和安全效益。 The EBZ260W longitudinal axis type excavation machine is used for downward excavation and cutting operations in the 1303S working face of Changcheng No.5 Coal Mine.When retreating,the JH prop drawing winch is used as the auxiliary traction equipment for the excavation machine to provide power source,and safety issues occur frequently."hydraulic monomer+pushing hydraulic cylinder+connecting auxiliary traction device" is designed to address this issue,with an average footage efficiency of 4.37 m/d.There are no minor injuries or above safety accidents happen during the excavation process,which has good economic and safety benefits.
