摘要
为解决因矿井涌水量大,主水仓煤泥、渣滓等杂物容易大量堆积,影响矿井安全高效生产的问题,通过研究MQCY-30型清仓机及XMY40/800-U型液压压滤机主要机构以及工作原理,将清仓压滤机连接装置进行设计优化,使得清仓压滤机协同应用于矿山主水仓日常维护,矿井主水仓清理实现机械化,提高了清掏效率,减少人工劳动强度,节约投资成本200万元。
In order to solve the problem of high water inflow in the mine,which can easily accumulate a large amount of debris such as coal slime and scum in the main water tank,and affect the safe and efficient production of the mine,by studying the main mechanism and working principle of the MQCY-30 type cleaning machine and the XMY40/800-U type hydraulic filter press,the connection device of the cleaning filter press is designed and optimized to enable the collaborative application of the cleaning filter press in the daily maintenance of the main water tank in mines,mechanized cleaning of the main water tank is achieved in mines,improved cleaning out efficiency,reduced manual labor intensity,and saved investment costs of 2 million yuan.
