基于螺旋滚筒模型的采煤机装煤性能研究

摘要 为提高采煤机装煤效率,基于离散元数值模拟理论、螺旋滚筒模型,分析了螺旋升角、滚筒直径、筒毂直径、截割深度和滚筒转速对采煤机装煤率的影响程度。结果表明:随着螺旋升角的提高,装煤率随之上升,装煤率与螺旋升角呈现正相关关系。滚筒直径越大,装煤率越高,曲线斜率也是呈现出先增后减变化趋势。增加筒毂直径后,会导致采煤机的容量减小,筒毂直径与装煤率呈现负相关关系。增加滚筒转速,能使螺旋叶片排出煤颗粒速度加快,进而提高了装煤率。 In order to improve the coal loading efficiency of the coal mining machine,based on the discrete element numerical simulation theory and the spiral drum model,the influence degree of spiral lift angle,drum diameter,drum hub diameter,cutting depth,and drum speed on the coal loading rate of the coal mining machine is analyzed.The results show that as the spiral lift angle increases,the coal loading rate increases,and there is a positive correlation between the coal loading rate and the spiral lift angle.The larger the diameter of the drum,the higher the coal loading rate,and the curve slope also shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.Increasing the diameter of the drum hub will lead to a decrease in the capacity of the coal mining machine,and there is a negative correlation between the diameter of the drum hub and the coal loading rate.Increasing the drum speed can accelerate the speed of coal particle discharge from the spiral blades,thereby increasing the coal loading rate.
