煤矿硫化氢检测方法研究

摘要 为了准确获取煤矿井下硫化氢含量,预防其含量超标带来的侵害,基于调节光谱技术,设计一款新型硫化氢检测仪器。该仪器采用波长为1589 nm的分布式激光器检测出硫化氢气体,并通过信号的属性转换对煤矿硫化氢进行实时检测。结果表明,仪器测量的硫化氢气体浓度结果可靠,实时检测煤矿采集井硫化氢浓度,测量误差范围0.1~0.2 mg/L,能达到煤矿井下硫化氢预防要求。 In order to accurately obtain the content of downhole hydrogen sulfide in coal mines and prevent the harm caused by excessive content,a new type of hydrogen sulfide detection instrument is designed based on adjusting the light spectrum technology.This instrument uses a distributed laser with a wavelength of 1589 nm to detect hydrogen sulfide gas,and conducts real-time detection of coal mine hydrogen sulfide through signal attribute conversion.The results indicate that the concentration of hydrogen sulfide gas measured by the instrument is reliable,and real-time detection of hydrogen sulfide concentration in coal mine collection wells can be achieved with a measurement error range of 0.1-0.2 mg/L,which can meet the requirements for downhole hydrogen sulfide prevention in coal mines.
