潞安应急管理能力评价及对策分析

Evaluation and Countermeasure Analysis of Emergency Management Capability in Lu'an

为了对煤矿企业的应急管理体系优化进行研究,运用模糊-层次分析法构建了应急管理能力指标体系和评价模型。结果表明:潞安集团应急管理能力总体处于良好水平,表现为对突发事件的应急处置能力较强,但事前预防准备能力有待提升,建议利用物联网和虚拟现实等技术,创新安全监察和教育培训方式,以提高煤矿应急预防和准备方面的能力。

In order to study the optimized emergency management system of coal mine enterprises,the fuzzy-analytic hierarchy process is used to construct an emergency management capability indicator system and evaluation model.The results indicate that the overall emergency management capability of Lu'an Group is at a good level,manifested as strong emergency response capabilities for emergencies,but the ability to prevent and prepare in advance needs to be improved.It is recommended to use technologies such as the Internet of Things and virtual reality to innovate safety supervision and education training methods to improve the capability of coal mine emergency prevention and preparation.
