Comparison of Two Structural Solutions for an Industrial Plant

就某工业厂房,采用纯刚接框架结构体系以及刚接框架-支撑式结构体系做了经济技术对比,对比结果显示,设置柱间支撑的刚接框架-支撑式结构体系,其经济、技术指标远远优于纯框架结构体系。建议同类型的厂房设计过程中优先结合工艺、建筑等专业在合适位置设置柱间支撑,以达到更好的经济技术效果。

In this paper,an industrial plant,using pure rigid frame structure system and rigid frame-support type structure system to do economic and technical comparison,the comparison results show that the rigid frame-support type structure system with inter-column support,its economic and technical indicators are far better than the pure frame structure system.It is suggested that the same type ofplant design process priority combined with technology,architecture and other specialties in the appropriate location to set the inter-column support,in order to achieve better economic and technical results.This paper can provide reference for the design ofindustrial plants ofthe same type.
