概述了建筑工程造价动态管理的特点,从决策阶段、设计阶段、招投标阶段、施工阶段、竣工结算阶段深入探讨了建设单位在工程各阶段的工程造价控制影响因素,提出了各阶段的造价动态管理策略。
The paper outlines the dynamic management ofconstruction project cost.Secondly,from the decision-making stage,design stage,bidding stage,construction stage,completion settlement stage,it deeply discusses the dynamic management strategy of the influencing factors of construction cost control in each stage of the project,puts forward the dynamic management strategy in each stage ofthe project.
