六相永磁电机断相故障研究

摘要 为提高永磁同步机容错能力,文章对双Y移30°六相永磁同步电机(PMSM)在一相绕组出现开路时的磁动势进行分析,建立缺相后六相电机的矩阵方程。根据故障前后磁势不变原则,控制i_d=0,求得故障后优化电流,对定子侧电流进行电流滞环补偿。在MATLAB/Simulink中搭建整个系统仿真模型,通过对转速环和电流环进行双环控制,使系统达到稳定,并进行仿真实验。仿真实验结果表明:理论分析和实验结果相吻合。 In order to improve the fault tolerance of permanent magnet synchronous machine,this paper analyzes the magnetomotive force of double Y-shifted 30°six-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)when the one-phase winding is open,and establishes the matrix equation of the six-phase motor after phase loss.According to the principle of unchanged magnetic potential before and after fault,control ig-0,find the optimized current after the fault,and compensate the current hysteresis on the stator side.The whole system simulation model is built in MATLAB/Simulink,and the system is stabilized by double loop control of the speed loop and the current loop,and the simulation experiment results are shown that the theoretical analysis and experimental results are consistent.
