丘陵地区地下水水厂供水调度优化分析

摘要 文章以某丘陵地区地下水水厂为例,根据当前出水流量合理搭配配水机组运转,确保配水机组在高效区运行。利用清水池最大调蓄功能,在高峰供水期间保持清水池高水位运行,依靠清水池的存储水量进行供水。充分利用电价“谷平”时间段蓄水,最大限度节约电度量。分时段、分流量调压供水,根据调压供水实验数据明确压力设定值、压力设定时间,低流量期间充分依靠补压井进行补压等手段,进行优化现有供水现状。在能耗、成本方面进行节能降耗,同时在节水与降低管网漏损方面也取得巨大突破,特别是水量紧张小型地下水厂,可解燃眉之急。 Taking a groundwater water plant in a hilly area as an example,the paper reasonably matches the operation of the water distribution unit based on the current water flow rate to ensure that the water distribution unit operates in an efficient area.Utilize the maximum regulation and storage function of the clean water tank to maintain high water level operation during peak water supply periods,relying on the stored water volume of the clean water tank for water supply.Fully utilize the“valley level”time period of electricity prices to store water and save electricity to the maximum extent possible.Divide the time period and flow rate for pressure regulating water supply,clarify the pressure setting value and time based on the experimental data of pressure regulating water supply,and fully rely on pressure compensating wells for pressure supplementation during low flow periods to optimize the current water supply situation.In terms of energy consumption and cost reduction,significant breakthroughs have been made in water-saving and reducing pipeline leakage,especially in small groundwater plants with limited water supply,which can solve urgent problems.
