摘要
煤截齿是挖煤机挖煤过程中最常见的易损件,消耗量巨大,常规的煤截齿因为固定一侧受力磨损,往往早期会因为单侧磨损严重、贵重合金头脱落而失效。有一种头部带加强筋的截齿,因其加强筋凸起较大的缘故,在挖煤过程中,截齿头每与煤矿撞击时会产生自旋转,截齿头部磨损更加均匀,寿命增加明显;同时,头部重量大大减轻,减少了原材料的消耗、降低了总成本。但是由于带筋截齿筋部凸起较大,常规的冷锻方式难以成形。文章介绍一种带筋煤截齿筋部成形饱满的工艺,以供参考。
The cutting picks for coal is the commonest of the vulnerable part during the process of coal mining with a coal digger,and its consumption is huge.When the one side of cutting picks are fixed for stress wear,the conventional cutting picks often lose efficacy,because of the severe wear on one side and precious alloy head which falls off in the early stage.Here is a kind of picks with a reinforcing rib at the head,because of the large protrusion of the reinforcing rib,in the process of coal mining,the pick head will rotate automatically when it collides with the coal mine,the wear of the pick head is more uniform,and the service life increases significantly.At the same time,because the head weight is greatly reduced,the consumption of raw materials is reduced,and the total cost is reduced.However,due to the large bulge at the rib of the ribbed pick,the conventional cold forging method is difficult to form.This paper introduces a full forming process of the rib of the reinforced cutting picks for your inquiry.
