电力机车轮对驱动装置AGV物料搬运系统研究

摘要 文章对沧州机车车辆维修分公司电力机车轮对驱动装置智慧车间进行改造。该改造设计按照电力机车轮对驱动装置的检修工艺实现AGV无人调配、线路优化和效率平衡。该系统主要由叉车式AGV智能配送机器人、无线通信系统和智能调度系统组成,采用当下先进技术实现对车轴、轮芯、轮毂、齿轮、整体轮的柔性化、无人化、智能化配送,大大降低了人工作业强度,提高了物料配送效率。 Through the transformation of the intelligent workshop for electric locomotive wheel set drive devices in Cangzhou Locomotive and Rolling Stock Maintenance Branch,this design achieves unmanned AGV deployment,line optimization,and efficiency balance according to the maintenance process for electric locomotive wheel set drive devices.The system is mainly composed of a forklift AGV intelligent distribution robot,a wireless communication system,and an intelligent scheduling system.It uses current advanced technology to achieve flexible,unmanned,and intelligent distribution of axles,wheel cores,hubs,gears,and integral wheels,greatly reducing the intensity of manual work and improving the efficiency of material distribution.
