3D打印技术在骨肿瘤手术中的应用进展

Application of 3D printing technology in bone tumor surgery

由于骨肿瘤的发病部位解剖结构极为复杂以及患者的个体化差异,使传统技术在骨肿瘤的精确切除和术后功能重建中存在许多限制。作为一种新兴技术,3D打印在骨肿瘤的术前诊断、肿瘤精确切除以及术后功能重建中日益展现出其巨大的潜力,并帮助实现了患者的个体化治疗。文章就3D打印技术在骨肿瘤手术中的应用与研究现状作一综述。

Due to the complex anatomical structure of bone tumor sites and individual differences of patients,traditional techniques have many limitations in the precise resection and postoperative functional reconstruction of bone tumors.As an emerging technology,3D printing has increasingly shown its great potential in preoperative diagnosis,accurate tumor resection and postoperative functional reconstruction of bone tumors,and has helped realize individualized treatment of patients.This paper reviews the application and research status of 3D printing technology in bone tumor surgery.
