10kV及以下配电网工程建设规模逐渐扩大,在配网建设中必须强化管控。然而,在实际建设过程中,依然会出现各种问题。对此,文章选择某110kV某变10kV线路作为研究对象,对10kV及以下配电网工程建设管理中所面临的复杂问题进行分析,结合实际情况提出将PDCA理念应用于项目管理,对项目建设全过程进行科学控制,可显著降低质量问题发生率。

The construction scale of 10kV and below distribution network projects is gradually expanding,and in the construction of distribution networks,it is necessary to strengthen control.However,various problems still arise during the actual construction process.In this regard,this article selects a 110kVXX substation 10kV line as the research object to analyze the complex problems faced in the construction and management of 10kV and below distribution network engineering.Based on the actual situation,it is proposed to apply the PDCA concept to project management,scientifically control the entire project construction process,and significantly reduce the incidence of quality problems.
