一种电力机车车轴外圆磨床的智能化改造研究

摘要 文章主要介绍SS4B机车车轴磨床的智能化改造,以适应电力机车轮对驱动装置无人车间的作业模式。此方案在车轴磨修过程中无需人工干预,可实现自动测量、自动磨修、自动补偿的功能,加速推进了机车车轴检修的无人化、智能化、柔性化。一方面,大大提高机车车轴检修的质量;另一方面,降低了检修成本并提高了检修效率,是一种基于既有设备的智能化改造措施,可为后续机车无人化检修提供思路。 The article mainly introduces the intelligent transformation of SS4B locomotive axle grinder to adapt to the operation mode of unmanned workshop for electric locomotive wheel set drive device.This scheme realizes the functions of automatic measurement,automatic grinding and automatic compensation without manual intervention during the axle grinding process,and accelerates the unmanned,intelligent and flexible locomotive axle maintenance.On the one hand,it greatly improves the quality of locomotive axle maintenance,On the other hand,it reduces the maintenance cost and improves the maintenance efficiency,which is an intelligent transformation measure based on existing equipment and provides a way of thinking for the follow-up unmanned maintenance of locomotives.
