航天装备制造企业数据治理体系建设与实践

Construction and practice of data governance system for aerospace equipment manufacturing enterprises

航天装备制造企业业务流程复杂、数据类型繁多,但大部分企业由于数据管控能力薄弱,造成数据资源化程度不高、数据共享程度不高。文章通过借鉴DAMA、数据治理等技术,研究构建围绕航天装备制造业务的数据治理体系,包括数据标准、主数据、元数据、数据安全、数据质量等核心能力,打通流程和数据,支撑智慧企业和数字化系统工程体系建设,提升产业数字化和数字产业化水平,落实数字航天战略,推动航天企业治理体系和治理能力现代化。

Aerospace equipment manufacturing enterprises have complex business processes and a variety of data types,but most of them have weak data control capabilities,resulting in low levels of data resource utilization and data sharing.This paper studies and builds a data governance system around the aerospace equipment manufacturing business,including data standards,master data,metadata,data security,data quality and other core capabilities,to open up processes and data.Therefore it can support the construction of smart enterprises and digital system engineering systems,and improve the level of industrial digitalization and digital industrializati on,implement the digital aerospace strategy by drawing on DAMA,data governance and other technologies,and promote the moderni zation of the governance system and capabilities of aerospace enterprises.
