2021年成都市猫上呼吸道感染常见病原调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Common Etiopaths of Upper Respiratory Tract Infection in Cats in Chengdu in 2021

为了解引起猫上呼吸道感染的常见病原,统计2021年2—12月成都瑞派宠物医院就诊的该类病例情况,并进行初步分析,共采集311例具有上呼吸道感染症状患猫的眼、鼻和口咽拭子,通过PCR方法检测猫疱疹病毒(FHV)、猫杯状病毒(FCV)、支原体(Ms)、衣原体(Cf)和波氏杆菌(Bb)5种病原的感染情况。被检样本结果显示,FCV感染数最多(71.10%),其次是Ms(36.01%)和Cf(20.58%),其中FCV与Ms混合感染(10.61%)、FCV与Cf混合感染(14.55%)较多;2~4月龄猫为主要感染群体。

In order to understand the common pathogens causing upper respiratory tract infection in cats,the authors made a preliminary analysis of the cases 2021 from February to December in Ruipai Pet Hospital of Chengdu.Eye,nose and oropharynx swabs were collected from 311 cats with upper respiratory tract infection,feline herpesvirus(FHV),feline calicivirus(FCV),Mycoplasma(Ms),chlamydia(CF)and bordetella(BB)were detected by PCR.The results showed that FCV infection rate was the highest(71.10%),followed by MS(36.01%)and CF(20.58%),among them,FCV and MS co-infection(10.61%)and FCV and CF co-infection(14.55%)were more common.
