摘要
本研究以武汉动物园2019—2021年洪氏环企鹅人工孵化与育幼为例,探究洪氏环企鹅人工繁育技术。研究表明其平均卵重(127.32±5.24)g,卵形指数(1.36±0.05),平均孵化天数为42 d,孵化温度范围为36.1~36.2℃,湿度为43%~53%,幼鸟的配方根据不同的日龄来制定,含有黄鱼、多春鱼及多种营养物质,其体重增长满足线性方程Y=45.55X-70.76,80~90 d期间体重减少,可能与换完毛食欲减退有关。该文填补了国内洪氏环企鹅人工孵化和育雏的空白,为后续研究提供数据参考。
This paper cites the artificial incubation and breeding of Spheniscus humboldti in Wuhan Zoo from 2019 to 2021 to explore artificial breeding technologies of Humboldt penguins.The study showed that average egg weight was(127.32±5.24)g and the egg-shaped index was(1.36±0.05).The average hatching period was 42 days and temperature range was 36.1~36.2degrees while the humidity was 43%~53%.Formulas contained yellow fish,spring fish and a variety of nutrients are diversed from different age.Their weight meets the linear equation:Y=45.55X-70.76,but 80~90 days of chicks'weight loss may relate to moult complete.This article has filled the gap of artificial hatching and brooding of Humboldt penguins in China and provided data reference for future research.
