摘要
该文以赫章县粮改饲项目实施情况为例,分析贵州省粮改饲政策实施成效与问题,结合贵州省实际,分别从政策引导、技术投入、政府服务等方面提出粮改饲实施建议,以促进粮改饲工作高质量推进。
In this paper,the implementation of grain and feeding transformation project in Hezhang County was taken as an example to analyze the effects and problems of the implementation of grain and feeding transformation policy in Guizhou Province.Combined with the actual situation of Guizhou Province,the paper put forward the implementation suggestions of grain and feeding transformation from the aspects of policy guidance,technical input and government service,so as to promote the high-quality promotion of grain and feeding transformation work.
