摘要
本试验通过生物信息学方法对猪WTAP基因进行分析,分析的内容包括开放阅读框、理化性质、亲水性/疏水性、蛋白质二级结构、磷酸化位点和N-糖基化位点等内容。结果表明,猪WTAP基因编码178个氨基酸,等电点5.54,不稳定指数59.85,为不稳定蛋白;亲疏水平均值-1.207,属于亲水蛋白;二级结构以无规则卷曲为主,含有25个α螺旋、28个延伸链、125个无规则卷曲,49个潜在的磷酸化位点,2个N-糖基化位点。
The experiment used bioinformatics methods to predict and analyze the open reading frame,physical and chemical properties,hydrophilicity/hydrophobicity,protein secondary structure,phosphorylation sites/N-glycosylation sites and transmembrane regions of Sus scrofa(pig)WTAP gene.The results showed that the whole length of Sus scrofa(pig)WTAP gene was 178 amino acids,isoelectric point was 5.54,instability index was 59.85,it was an unstable protein,the average value of hydrophobicity was-1.207,it was a hydrophilic protein;the secondary structure was mainly irregular curl,containing 25 αhelices,28 extension chains and 125 irregular curl,49 potential phosphorylation sites and 2 N-glycosylation site.
