摘要
随着乡村振兴进程不断推进,现代化农业建设需要大量兼具农业理论知识与实践技能的专业型人才,高职院校不仅应开展与增设涉农专业,还应创新教学思想,同时注重学生理论与实践能力提升,而教师作为农业人才培养的主要力量,高职院校需要组建高素质、高技能师资队伍。为提高高职院校师资力量,需加强“双师型”青年教师培养,以此为人才培养提供切实支持,同时也有助于推动高职院校高质量持续发展。该文将分析高职院校涉农专业“双师型”青年教师培养面临的困境,提出涉农专业“双师型”青年教师培养策略。
As the rural revitalization process advancing,modern agriculture construction needs a lot of both agricultural theory knowledge and practical skills of professional talents,for higher vocational colleges should not only carry out and add agricultural professional,should also innovate teaching ideas,and pay attention to students' theoretical and practice ability,and teachers as the main force of agricultural talent training,higher vocational colleges need to form a high quality,high skilled teachers.Based on this,in order to improve the teachers of higher vocational colleges,it is necessary to strengthen the training of “double-qualified” young teachers,so as to provide practical support for talent training,and also help to promote the high-quality and sustainable development of higher vocational colleges.Therefore,this paper will analyze the difficulties faced by the training of “double-qualified” young teachers in higher vocational colleges,and put forward the training strategy of “double-qualified” young teachers in agriculture.
