数字化印模对桩核精密性影响的研究进展

数字桩核是以根管内桩道形态为依据、以数字化技术为基础制作的个性化桩核,对残根残冠的长期保留具有重要意义。数字桩核的精密性受多种因素影响,其中数字化印模方法是重要因素,在数字化印模过程中往往难以获取完整的桩核信息,因此信息采集方法的改良是提高数字桩核精密性的关键所在。目前,为改善数字桩核的修复效果,数字化印模方法正不断更新改良,本文着重总结了提高桩核精密性的不同数字化印模方法,并对影响数字桩核精密性的相关因素进行了综述,为临床数字桩核修复提供依据。

As a personalized post and core based on the form of inner post space of root canal and digital technology,digital post and core is of great significance for the long-term retention of residual roots and crowns.There are many factors that affect the precision of digital post and core,among which the digital impression is an influential one.It is often difficult to obtain complete information of post and core in the process of digital impression,thus it is essential to improve the precision of digital post and core through the improvement of information collection.At present,the methods of the digital impression are updated and improved to perfect the clinical effects of digital post and core.This paper mainly summarizes different digital impression methods to improve the precision of post and core,and reviews the related factors affecting the precision of digital post and core,so as to provide a basis for clinical digital post and core prosthesis.
