氧化锆全瓷冠在老年患者前牙牙冠延长术中的修复效果及对牙周炎性反应的影响

The Effect of Zirconia All-ceramic Crown Restoration on the Restoration Effect of Elderly Anterior Teeth after Crown Lengthening and on Periodontal Infl ammatory Response and Aesthetic Effect

目的:探讨氧化锆全瓷冠修复对老年患者前牙牙冠延长的术后修复效果及对牙周炎性反应和美学效果的影响。方法:选取2020年5月-2022年8月笔者医院收治的80例行牙冠延长术及冠修复术的患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,每组40例,对照组选择金属烤瓷冠治疗,实验组选择氧化锆全瓷冠治疗。比较两组术后修复效果(临床修复体佩戴时间、康复时间)、牙周炎性反应情况、美学效果(红色美学标准和白色美学标准)及不良反应发生率。结果:实验组临床修复体佩戴时间和康复时间低于对照组,牙周正常率、红色和白色美学标准评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组不良反应发生率为7.50%,对照组为25.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氧化锆全瓷冠修复对于行前牙牙冠延长术的老年患者来说可获得更好的修复和美学效果,可一定程度上缩短临床修复体佩戴时间和康复时间,对牙周组织的损伤较小,不良反应较少。

Objective To investigate the effect of zirconia all-ceramic crown restoration on the post-operative restoration of aged anterior tooth crown lengthening and the effect on periodontal inflammatory response and aesthetic effect.Methods Select 80 patients who were treated with crown lengthening and crown restoration from May 2020 to August 2022 in the author’s hospital as the research objects.According to the random number table,they were divided into the control group and the experimental group,40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with metal porcelain,and the experimental group was treated with zirconia all ceramic crown.The postoperative repair effect(time of wearing clinical prosthesis,recovery time),periodontal inflammation,aesthetic effect(pink esthetic score,white esthetic score)and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The wearing time and rehabilitation time of the clinical restoration in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the periodontal normal rate,PES score and WES score were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the incidence of adverse reactions was 7.50%,control group was 22.50%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Zirconia all ceramic crown restoration can obtain better restoration effect and aesthetic effect for the elderly patients who have undergone anterior tooth crown lengthening surgery.It can shorten the wearing time and rehabilitation time of clinical restorations to a certain extent,with less damage to periodontal tissue and less adverse reactions.
