黄芪甲苷抗心力衰竭患者缺血缺氧性心肌损伤的机制研究进展 被引量:2

Research Progress on the Mechanism of AstragalosideⅣin Preventing Ischemia Hypoxia Myocardial Injury in Patients with Heart Failure

摘要 黄芪甲苷(AS-Ⅳ)是中药黄芪的主要有效成分,在心血管疾病中具有突出作用,其可保护心肌细胞免受缺血缺氧性损伤,且具有抗炎、增强心肌收缩力、改善心肌舒张功能、减轻血管内皮功能障碍、促进血管新生等保护心脏结构及增强心脏功能的作用。心力衰竭患者心肌处于缺血缺氧状态,而AS-Ⅳ能减轻缺血缺氧并发挥心脏保护作用。本文通过分析相关文献发现,心力衰竭患者发生缺血缺氧性心肌损伤的机制包括离子失衡、氧化应激、线粒体能量代谢异常及血管生成障碍,而AS-Ⅳ可能通过调节离子平衡、减轻氧化应激、改善线粒体功能、促进血管生成来保护心力衰竭患者心肌细胞免受缺血缺氧性损伤。 AstragalosideⅣ(AS-Ⅳ)is the main effective component of astragalus membranaceus,which plays a prominent role in cardiovascular diseases.It can protect myocardial cells from ischemia and hypoxia injury,and has antiinflammatory,enhancing myocardial contractility,improving myocardial diastolic function,reducing vascular endothelial dysfunction,promoting angiogenesis and other functions to protect the heart structure and enhance the heart function.In patients with heart failure,the myocardium is in a state of ischemia and hypoxia,while AS-Ⅳcan alleviate ischemia and hypoxia and play a cardiac protective role.Based on the analysis of relevant literature,it is found that the mechanisms of ischemic and anoxic myocardial injury in patients with heart failure include ion imbalance,oxidative stress,abnormal mitochondrial energy metabolism and angiogenesis disorders,while AS-Ⅳmay protect myocardial cells from ischemic and anoxic injury in patients with heart failure by regulating ion balance,reducing oxidative stress,improving mitochondrial function and promoting angiogenesis.
