董氏奇针联合独活寄生汤治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of TUNG’s extraordinary acupoints combined with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in the treatment of cold-dampness type lumbar disc herniation

目的:分析董氏奇针联合独活寄生汤治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1月—12月间我院临床接诊的寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症患者80例,使用随机数字表法将其随机分为对照组、研究组各40例,研究组给予董氏奇针联合独活寄生汤治疗,对照组给予常规治疗,分析治疗效果及治疗前后的中医症候评分、腰部功能评分(JOA)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)。结果:研究组临床治疗总有效率(100.00%)显著高于对照组(85.00%)(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组中医症候评分、JOA评分、VAS评分无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组中医症候评分显著低于对照组,JOA评分显著高于对照组,VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:董氏奇针联合独活寄生汤在寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症中的应用效果较好,能够缓解患者肢体疼痛,提高患者腰部功能,值得临床应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical treatment of TUNG’s acupuncture combined with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in the treatment of cold-dampness lumbar disc herniation.Methods From January 2022 to December 2022,80 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation,were selected in our hospital,and 40 cases were in control group and 40 cases in study group,using random number table method.The research group was treated with TUNG’s extraordinary acupoints Combined with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction,the control group was treated with conventional treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom score,Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores(JOA)and visual analogue scale(VAS)were recorded to analyze the therapeutic effect.Results The overall efficiency of the study group(100.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(85.00%),P<0.05.Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in TCM symptom scores,JOA,and VAS between the two groups.After treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the study group were lower,JOA was higher,and the VAS was lower than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusions The clinical treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation by TUNG’s extraordinary acupoints combined with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction can alleviate the limb pain enough,improve patients with lumbar function.The curative effect is extremely good,making it worthy of wide clinical recommendation.
