基于Carto系统三维高精密度标测在心律失常心电图教学中的应用

摘要 目的:采用新型教学方法进行教学,通过Carto系统中的高精密度标测,呈现出清晰直观的心脏三维解剖以及心律失常的发生机制,结合具体的临床病例,提高学生对心律失常心电图的学习认知,加深对心电图和心律失常的理解。方法:2021年10—12月,采用随机抽样方法将西北民族大学见习的42名学生分为观察组和对照组各21人。两组采用不同的教学方法进行心律失常心电图内容的学习。对照组采用原教学模式进行教学,观察组采用基于CARTO系统三维高精密度标测所录制的视频与临床病例结合的三维教学法教学。学习后通过即刻测验和1月后的测验,观察两组学生的成绩是否有显著差异。结果:采用基于CARTO系统三维高精密度标测所录制的视频与临床病例结合的三维教学法教出的观察组学生,在课后即刻、1个月后的理论掌握、病例分析、心电图读图得分及总分均高于采用原教学模式教学的对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用新型教学方法进行心律失常心电图教学,学生在理论掌握程度,病例分析归纳,心电图读图等均优于传统教学方法。 Objective To adopt a new teaching method for teaching.Through high-precision mapping in the Carto system(3D mapping system),a clear and intuitive three-dimensional anatomy of the heart and the mechanism of arrhythmia are presented.Combined with specific clinical cases,students’learning and cognition of arrhythmia electrocardiogram are improved,and their understanding of electrocardiogram and arrhythmia is deepened.Methods From October to December 2021,42 students on probation in Northwest Minzu University were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 21 students in each group.The two groups used different teaching methods to learn the contents of arrhythmia ECG.The control group used the traditional teaching methods and the observation group used a new teaching method for arrhythmia electrocardiogram.After learning,they passed immediate tests and tests one month later to observe whether there was any difference in the scores of the two groups of students.Results In the three-dimensional teaching method based on the combination of three-dimensional high-precision mapping recorded by the CARTO system and clinical cases,The observation group students’theoretical mastery,case analysis,electrocardiogram reading scores,and total scores were significantly higher than the control group immediately after class and one month later(P<0.05).Conclusion Using a new teaching method for arrhythmia electrocardiogram teaching,students’theoretical mastery,case analysis and induction,and electrocardiogram reading scores were better than traditional teaching methods.
