摘要
白酒生产的信息化管理系统可全面监控和管理原辅料库、曲房、生产车间,提升生产效率和产品质量。当前,传感器技术的不成熟和酿酒工艺的复杂性带来了挑战,但信息化系统的发展前景仍然十分乐观。本文通过分析大数据和人工智能在白酒生产过程中的运用,以期推动白酒行业实现信息化、智能化。
The information management system for liquor production can comprehensively monitor and manage raw and auxiliary material warehouses,brewing rooms,and production workshops to improve production efficiency and product quality.At present,the immaturity of the sensor technology and the complexity of the brewing process have brought challenges,but the development prospect of the informationization system is still very optimistic.This paper analyzes the application of big data and artificial intelligence in the liquor production process,in order to promote the automation,informatization and intelligence of the liquor industry.
